Hands-on training on Nile tilapia hatchery management, grow-out production, and biosecurity

Learn how to breed Nile tilapia en masse in tank systems and hapas installed in ponds. Learn all aspects of rearing larvae, nursery rearing, and producing monosex (all-male) Nile tilapia seed from some of the world's leading tilapia experts. Visit intensive commercial hatcheries and grow-out farms in Thailand to experience pond and cage culture practices to gain knowledge on the production and marketing strategies of the Thai tilapia industry. Plus one week dedicated to advanced tilapia health management practices, including disease detection and diagnostics, microbiology techniques, and comprehensive biosecurity regimes for tilapia farms.
