Fees are payable by wire transfer to AIT Bank account or by credit card and INCLUDE the Symposium kit, hotel accommodation for 6 nights, farm tour, lunches and coffee-breaks each day, gala dinners, and entertainment events as shown in the technical program. Any other personal expenditure, international travel and visa expenses, insurance charges, etc. are NOT INCLUDED.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations on or before 5 pm, 10 February 2020, will receive a refund of 90% of the registration fee (any bank charges will not be refunded).
• Cancellations on or before 5 pm, 29 February 2020, will receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee (excluding any bank charges).
• Cancellations after 5 pm, 29 February 2020, will not receive any refund.
